03 What's the difference between you and Zapier/Make or a freelancer?
Zapier/Make are good, but lock you into subscriptions (€300-600/month). With n8n you own it - pay setup once and the system is yours. Freelancers often disappear after 2 months. We offer optional support with guaranteed pricing. Plus we specialize in processes for Bulgarian businesses (CRM, invoicing, NAP).

05 How long does the entire process take from start to finish?
Standard setup is 30 days: (Days 1-3) Deep Audit - we map the process. (Day 7) Blueprint Review - you approve the plan. (Days 7-21) Build - we build the system. (Day 30) Training & Handover - we train the team. For simple processes it can be 2 weeks. For complex ones - up to 6 weeks. But you always know where we are.
06 Do I need to stop working while you implement the system?
No. We build in parallel. Your current process continues while we test the new system. We go live only when you're 100% confident and trained. Zero downtime.
07 How much does it cost? Are there hidden fees?
Transparent pricing: Setup (one-time): €900 (Starter), €2500 (Pro), or custom (Enterprise). This covers audit, build, training and 30 days post-launch support. Then you have 3 options: (1) Liberty - €0/month, system is yours, no support. (2) Serenity - €150/month, monitoring + bugfixes. (3) Performance - €350/month, active improvements. Subscription is OPTIONAL. No hidden fees.
08 Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes. No binding contracts. The system is yours - if you stop the subscription, it continues to work (just without our support). Most clients stay though, because maintenance costs less than 1 day of employee work.
09 What happens if you disappear as a company? Do I lose everything?
No. This is the biggest difference with SaaS solutions. You have full access to the code and infrastructure. If we disappear tomorrow, your system keeps running. You can hire another dev to maintain the n8n workflows. Ownership is 100% yours.
10 Our data is sensitive (GDPR). Is it safe?
Yes. n8n can be hosted on your servers (or in Bulgaria with us). Data never passes through US servers (unlike Zapier). GDPR compliance is built-in. We can sign an NDA before the audit.
11 Will I be able to change things myself after training?
Yes, for basic changes (texts, email templates). For structural changes in logic - we recommend calling us (that's why the maintenance subscription exists). The idea is you control the system, but without breaking anything critical. Training includes 'Best Practices' documentation.
