1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and AutoPilot ("we", "us", "Company"), registered in Bulgaria.
By using our services or website autopilot.bg, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
AutoPilot provides the following business automation services:
Development of automated workflows with n8n, Make.com and other tools.
Connecting CRM, ERP, accounting systems, email platforms and other applications.
Business analysis, technical consultation and ongoing support for implemented solutions.
3. Pricing & Payment
All services are invoiced according to agreed terms.
Bank transfer, card or electronic payments.
Standard 14-day term from invoice date.
All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the delivered automation within 30 days of project completion, we will fix the solution for free or refund the amount paid.
Guarantee conditions:
- Valid for the originally agreed project scope
- Does not include changes to requirements after specification approval
- Written notification of issues required within 30 days
5. Limitation of Liability
AutoPilot makes maximum efforts to provide quality services. However, our liability is limited to:
- The amount of fees paid for the specific project
- Direct damages arising from our services
- Issues reported within the warranty period
Exclusions: We are not liable for interruptions in third-party services (such as CRM systems, email providers, etc.), nor for data loss if the client has not provided adequate backups.
6. Intellectual Property
All automations created specifically for you become your property after full payment.
General modules, templates and methodologies remain AutoPilot property and may be used in other projects.
7. Confidentiality & Data
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your business data and processes. For details on personal data processing, please see our Privacy Policy.
- All employees are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDA)
- Your business information is not shared with third parties
- We sign additional NDA agreements upon request
8. Termination
Either party may terminate cooperation under the following conditions:
- By client: With 14 days written notice. Payment is due for work completed.
- By AutoPilot: For non-payment over 30 days or violation of these Terms.
- By mutual consent: At any time with written agreement.
Upon termination, we deliver all completed parts of the project that have been paid for.
