Why do you need portal integration?
In the modern real estate market, speed and reach are everything. If you waste time manually uploading the same listing to 5 different sites, you are losing valuable sales time.

How does synchronization work?
The process is relatively simple in concept but requires technical setup:
- Central Source: You enter data only once (in your CRM or site).
- XML/JSON Feed: The system generates a structured file with all data.
- Portals: Each portal “pulls” this file and updates its database.
Integration Challenges
Not all portals work the same way. Imot.bg has specific strict requirements for XML structure, while international portals might require a different format.
